Complete overhaul of LVMH's network infrastructure in Japan: from a patchwork of networks to a unified, secure and earthquake-resilient architecture (disaster recovery across dual datacenters). Architecture design (routing, quality of service for SAP and VoIP) and project direction in a Japanese multicultural setting.

Building the group PMO, based in New York

Set-up of the group's project management office, reporting to the CIO: methodologies and processes (PMI, ITIL), a simplified project-management method for non-experts, hybrid WAN/LAN/QoS network architecture for the US stores under PCI-DSS constraints, and an organizational-maturity roadmap — in an international context (Japanese HQ, Europe/US coordination).

Remote by default — that's how I operate. I don't do on-site staffing. Occasional travel (kickoffs, committees) remains possible when needed.

Absolutely — it's even a region I'm keen to develop. My clients are usually international, but I'm rooted on the Côte d'Opale and fully available for companies in the Pas-de-Calais, the Somme and the wider Hauts-de-France.
